The Athlete Ambassadors Program
Created by Troupe21 & Associates in 2005, the Athlete Ambassadors
Program (AAP) leverages America's fascination with athletes to create
the ultimate win-win situation for corporations and athletes. The program
integrates sports marketing and celebrity endorsement concepts to create
an unequaled approach to business development.
Athletes such as Arnold Palmer, Joe Namath, Michael Jordan and Tiger
Woods are well-known sports icons that produced billions in revenue for
corporations while earning millions in celebrity endorsement dollars.
The AAP builds upon this concept while creating opportunities for groups of athletes interested in leveraging their collective assets (e.g. celebrity, marketability, relationships, soft skills, etc.).
The AAP contains unique, never-before-seen, trade secrets sure to result
in business success. The program is created through a series of needs
assessments with a corporation interested in licensing the rights to this program. Our process includes (1) athlete
identification and training, (2) likeness and intellectual property awareness,(3) event creation, (4) bartering and
negotiating and (5) an integrated sports marketing and sales approach.
