Our Core Service Deliverables

We offer the following core service deliverables and train-the-trainer service models.

Training and Development is our planned process of engaging individuals in learning experiences designed to modify attitudes, knowledge and/or skills. Our sessions vary in length and content and are customized to meet our client's needs. We always incorporate elements of experiential and self-directed learning theory in an effort to keep participants engaged during and beyond each learning session.

Program and Curriculum Development involves initial needs assessment designed to understand various contextual factors currently impacting performance and/or behavior. The needs assessment is followed-up with a series of consultations that result in a final product complete with concept designs, conceptual frameworks, program goals and objectives, learning activities, recommended teaching methods, personnel recommendations, learning strategies and an evaluation component. We also provide itemized program development assistance as requested.

Public Speaking and Facilitation services are designed to engage subjects in collaborative, active, challenging, and critical thinking. Our approach ensures that there is consistent interplay between the messenger, subjects, content, materials, ideas, values and knowledge. We tailor our message based upon our client's needs and are available for large and small conferences, staff retreats, planning sessions, annual sessions, conventions, reunions, and graduation ceremonies.

Networking and Golf Events help our organization connect people and resources—creating synergistic business relationships in structured yet leisurely environments. Our network of active and former athletes adds an interesting and appealing twist for our existing clients and potential business associates.
